I have direct experience living and working within the healthy living way of life.
I’ve been featured in The Guardian newspaper, That’s Life magazine, on ITV/Meridian television, BBC London (Vanessa Feltz), BBC Surrey, BBC Sussex, regional radio and XFM London radio (Christian O’Connell) as well as working with Virgin Media. See Press page for coverage.

My client base has come from the world of design (illustration, graphical, new/digital media), fashion; performing arts, marketing, public relations, international business training, government advisory. I’ve worked alongside people in the media and creative arts industries.

I have an extensive skills portfolio from within the healing arts established over the past 20 plus years. This includes training with renowned world teachers of Shiatsu and oriental medicine, Ray Ridolfi and Chris Jarmey. With  Simon Brown who’s clients include Boy George. Also feng shui with world’s leading proponents Raymond Lo and William Spear and the pioneer of Space Clearing, Karen Kingston.

I use creativity in my daily life and travelling world-wide has broadened my appreciation of different cultures.

Having worked within the financial sector early on in my career I has first hand experience/understands/empathises with the stresses and challenges that the modern world brings. I am comfortably working with clients from all levels, senior management down to blue collar, the self employed/business owner.

I am a qualified teacher, with many years experience of working at events and festivals, in addition to my own life experiences. I bring a unique quality and empathy to your consultation, working with you to explore ways to improve your sleep and quality of life.
I encourage others to be self motivating. I’m a listener, have a genuine sympathetic approach and I provide support to my clients, as appropriate.

My own leap of faith, taking her beyond my comfort zone, in the 1990s enabled me to publish one of the first regional magazines in the south east of the UK covered natural health and environmental issues. Initially print then digital format, leading the way where many others have followed.
My personal health success has been a full holistic recovery from breast cancer and positively managing chronic fatigue.  ”Recovery from breast cancer was one of the most positive and empowering times of my life”.
