Chi Kung, also known as Qigong, is an ancient system of holistic physical healthcare, light aerobic exercise, ideally suited for all levels of fitness and mobility. If you are recovering from an illness or suffer conditions like chronic fatigue as well as a high level of physical training for marathon etc, Qigong will gently improve your flexibility, mobility, muscular strength and respiratory function. The style I teach is called ‘Shibashi tai chi qi gong’.
